Please refer to our   Admission Policy and Admission Procedures and ensure that all relevant documentation as outlined in the Admission Procedure is accompanied with the Application Forms when you submit them to the School Reception.

Admissions Policy

Trafalgar High School Budget 

At our Annual Budget meeting held, parents present accepted and approved the budget for 2022 as well as the school fees for 2022. The following were agreed upon:

School fees 2022 and Debit Order Form

  • The School fees for 2022 is R6400
  • An increase of 5%

Resolution 1

Trafalgar High School is a school fee paying school i.e parents are obligated to pay school fees either by monthly debit order, EFT or parents can use our DR/CR card swiping machine. This would decrease the amount of cash brought onto the school premises which always poses a security risk. We encourage parents to use the above facilities.

Resolution 2

A discount of R1000 is offered to parents who settle their accounts by the end of February 2022.

Resolution 3

Fees may be paid in ten monthly installments via Debit Order from your personal bank account. Half of the school fees must be paid by the 14th June. The outstanding fees must be paid by the 31st October 2022. The school will record the parent/parents non-payment with a bureau, should they fail to meet their school fee obligation.

Resolution 4

A discount of R1000 per sibling is offered to parents who have more than one child at the school.

  • First child pays     R6 800
  • Second child and every child thereafter   R5 800

Exemption of School Fees

For the management of the Exemption Process, Applications are open from the 7th January – 28th February 2022.

Criteria for Exemption

Criteria for exemption in accordance with SASA 84 of 1996.

Where parents require assistance with the school fees, an application must be made on the prescribed exemption application documents available from the Bursar, Mrs Sonday at the Finance Office.
